I began attending MadPower classes in the winter of 2014 when I needed something more exciting in my fitness routine! Before MadPower, I focused on kickboxing, boot camp style workouts, and (my first love) running. Needless to say, I was immediately hooked with the MadPower tribe and intensity (and variety) of the classes! Recently, I've been certified through the MadPower program. In addition, I have completed 5 half marathons and I am currently a MadPower Multisport team member.
